    Due to planned maintenance works, on the evenings of Monday 8th to Thursday 11th June 2026, the 23:28 and 23:43 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street will no longer stop at Seven Sisters Station, instead these trains will be diverted to stop at Tottenham Hale Station.

    Travelling from the London Underground to Stansted Airport is straightforward with the Stansted Express.

    The fastest way to reach Stansted Airport from the Underground is through Liverpool Street Station, which is served by the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan tube lines, or Tottenham Hale, which is served by the Victoria Line.

    From either of these stations, you can board the Stansted Express for a direct and convenient journey to the airport.

    Please note, Oyster and contactless payment cannot be used for travel to Stansted Airport. Please buy a Stansted Express ticket online before you travel to avoid a fine.

     

    Which Tube Stations Connect to Stansted Express?

    Stansted Express connects with the tube at London Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale. 

    Customers travelling to/from Stratford can get the Stansted Express by changing at Tottenham Hale, which is the nearest Underground station to Stansted Airport.
