Asking for compensation?
Station and onboard crew cannot make compensation payments on the spot, under our Passenger's Charter. However, if you contact us, you should receive a response to your comments within 10 working days.
For losses such as taxis, hotels, and flights following train service disruption, you should claim from your standard travel insurance.
