- To use the Stansted Express Mobile App you will need to register, you can do that online or via the app.
- If you have purchased tickets when logged into your account on the website, your tickets will appear in the app automatically.
- If you have purchased tickets as a guest, you will need to import your tickets in the app after you have registered or logged in. You just need your transaction reference (found in your confirmation email) and the email address the ticket was delivered to.. Go into the app, to the “My Account” section and select the “Import Tickets” option, then follow the instructions.
