We’re always working to improve accessibility on the railway – and our Disabled People’s Protection Policy (DPPP) sets out what we do to help people with a disability and customers who need help getting on and off the train.
Our DPPP has been approved by the Office of Rail and Road (ORR). We review it every year, and any changes are consulted with key stakeholders and approved by the ORR.
