We make our trains as accessible as possible for everyone – including wheelchair users, people with disabilities, parents with children and anyone with heavy bags.
Of course, we’ll help you whether you’ve booked assistance or not – just ask a member of staff at the station or on the platform. But to make sure we can give you the best service possible, we ask for 24 hours’ notice. That way, we can make sure someone is ready to help you get on or off our trains as easily as possible.
