London and perennial favourites such as the London Dungeon, Madame Tussauds, Sea Life London Aquarium and the Tower of London. Simply download a voucher via stanstedexpress.com and present it at your chosen attraction with your train ticket.

This spring you can also catch some special events in and around London that will add a uniquely British flavour to your trip, including:

Boat Race

The 2016 traditional rowing race between the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge will take place on Sunday March 27 along the Thames from Putney Bridge to Mortlake. The men's race (which will start at 4.10pm) will be joined on the Tideway by the women's race, starting an hour earlier at 3.10pm.

Exhibition: The Rolling Stones: Exhibitionism

Fans of British music legends, The Rolling Stones, must catch this exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery with over 5,000 personal effects, photographs, films, posters, stage costumes, guitars, diaries and letters, and more Stones artefacts from the band’s 50 year reign as icons of British music. Saatchi Gallery from 5-30 April 2016

The Feast of St George

With a Shakespearean theme to mark 400 years since the death of William Shakespeare, the Mayor of London's party in honour of England’s patron saint, St George, sees Trafalgar Square decorated in red and white on Saturday 23rd April, with free themed activities including live music, family games, dance and storytelling. Plus, watch celebrity chefs give live cookery demonstrations and sample traditional English fare from the food stalls, inspired by St George’s Day’s 13th-century origins as a national day of feasting. You’ll get there faster with Stansted Express, so you can really get the most out of your trip! The train is the fastest and most comfortable way to get between the airport and central London - quicker than coach or car - and the train station at the airport is directly under the airport terminal, just a 2 minute walk from International Arrivals.

With trains every 15 minutes, Stansted Express not only offers customers a fast, frequent service, but also travel on one of the most modern train fleets in the UK, which includes free Wi-fi, free charge points, unlimited luggage allowance and an at seat trolley service of drinks and snacks.

And with great value online offer fares from just £8 per person one way and big savings on groups travelling together, why would you travel to the city any other way? The earlier you book, the more you save!
