Book Train Tickets
Ticket Collection
Ticket collection machines are located at all of our stations and are clearly marked Stansted Express. Tickets must be collected prior to boarding the train.
At London Liverpool Street Station - the machines can be found on the main concourse in front of the entrances of Platforms 5 and 6.
At Stansted Airport Station - there are three banks of ticket machines. One bank is located by the ticket office in the station, one is by the end of Platform 1 and one is by the escalators between Platforms 1b and 3b.
At Tottenham Hale Station - the machines are conveniently located either side of the top of the stairs leading down to Platform 2, just outside the London Underground Station.
| 1. | On the ticket machine screen, press the button "Press to collect pre-booked tickets". |
| 2. | Insert any valid credit or debit card to activate the collection machine. The card will be quickly scanned and ejected and you can then remove the card. This process is for verification purposes only and no further payment will be taken. Use of the card that was used to make the purchase will speed the ticket issuing process but it is NOT imperative. |
| 3. | You will be asked to enter your reference number. |
| 4. | All train tickets in this booking will be dispensed at the same time. Please ensure you collect all tickets from the machine. |
| 5. | You can then board the train, relax and enjoy the journey. |
| 6. | Refreshments are available to purchase on most services, served at your seat. |
