Special Assistance
Stansted Airport provides a free service for passengers with reduced mobility to assist with their journey through the terminal to the aircraft. Passengers are advised to book this free facility with their airline at least 48 hours before their flight departure to ensure they receive the assistance required. The ISS special assistance desk is located in the terminal adjacent to Zones D & E. Click here for information.
