Getting a taxi
There are two taxi ranks at London Liverpool Street - you'll find one just outside the main entrance to the station, and the other adjacent to platform 10. Many of the taxis have wheelchair access.
Catching a bus or coach
The main London Liverpool Street bus and coach station is just outside the main entrance to the station, serving a number of key bus routes throughout the city.
Toilets, showers and baby changing
Located on the central concourse, open from 05:00 - 01:00, the men's and women's facilities cost 30 pence to use.
Contacting British Transport Police
There are help-phones on the station concourse. Please ask station staff for directions and call 0800 40 50 40. In an emergency, dial 999.
Connecting with London Underground
Opposite platform 5 and 6, on the main concourse, you'll find the entrance to the Underground station with access to the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines.
Cash and Bureau de Change
There are cash dispensers and Bureaux de Change on the main concourse.
Finding trolleys
You'll see luggage trolleys at sites all over the concourse, at the taxi rank and on the platforms. You'll need a £1 coin as a deposit, which you get back when you return the trolley to any of the trolley sites.
Depositing left luggage
Totally secure and convenient, you can leave items at Left Luggage to collect later. You'll find the office on platform 10, open daily from 07:00 to 23:00. For more details, call 020 7247 4297.
