Lost Property
We'll do what we can to find any items lost on our trains. We are not liable for lost or stolen luggage, however...
You have three options to contact us if you've lost belongings while on a Stansted Express train:

2. E-mail: lostproperty.cambridge@nationalexpress.com
3. In Person: Monday to Friday, between 09:30 to 16:30, please visit the lost property office on platform 10 at London Liverpool Street and ask a member of our staff to direct you to the Service Delivery Office.
We keep all items we recover for three months, although we do dispose of perishables. And there's a small fee for storing lost property items.
